Are your products authentic?
Yes! All our products are 100% authentic and designed with quality materials. Our batting gloves feature premium Cabretta leather, and our apparel is made to last through countless games and practices.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive 7-10 business days after shipping, for a total delivery time of 10-17 business days. International orders take 10-20 business days in transit, with total delivery time of 10-30 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to just about anywhere in the world. We charge a flat rate of $14.99 for Canada, $17.99 for Australia, and $19.99 for the rest of the world, regardless of the number of items ordered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination. We offer flat-rate international shipping: Canada ($14.99), Australia ($17.99), and Rest of World ($19.99).
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our website's order tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update from the shipping carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We cannot guarantee shipping address changes can be made, so please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request if you contact us immediately at trvlsquadapparel@gmail.com.
What about customs and duties for international orders?
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, and tariff fees resulting from their international shipment. These expenses are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, contact us at trvlsquadapparel@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at trvlsquadapparel@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at trvlsquadapparel@gmail.com.
