We generally ship orders within 4-7 days of them being placed. During busy periods such as sales and Christmas, it may take 7-14 days for an order to ship. Domestic order shipping, Canada we chrge a flat rate of $14.99, Australia we charge a flat rate of $17.99, Rest of the world we charge a flat rate of $19.99 regardless of number of items, etc. These orders are usually delivered within 10 - 30 business days after processing.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment.
How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?
